This role will lead the overall Talent Management and Organization Development functions. This leader will have a team of people working on the above agenda driving the strategic priorities of the organization. Will work on building the overall talent strategy & framework for Organizations across diverse businesses and functions. Will work on multiple OD initiatives as found necessary by the organization. Will lead succession management process and operationalize it through rigor in cadence with Sr. Leadership. Will design and deploy OD initiatives from time to time. Will program manage large scale talent initiatives successfully, effective in change management and will collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix organization. Will be responsible to drive large scale OD solutions including design and deliver of I&D Strategy for the Organization in partnership with leadership. Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Human Resources or related field. Master’s degree in HR/Psychology. 15+ years of experience in handling associate issues, investigation and resolution. Driving the organization development initiatives. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proven Leadership capability in a highly matrixed international environment. Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking and analysis. Strong communication skills; excellent spoken and written English. Project management and execution skills. High Ethical standards and a role model leader.
