Responsible for researching and collecting data for complex and substantially varied issues and situations. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Identifies data resources. Collects data. Summarizes data and creates and/or updates various reports as decision support tools for management. Leads or participates in special initiatives including projects, meetings, conference calls or oversight of temporary help. Ensures that resulting process changes are in compliance with appropriate guidelines. Provides training to others within area on changes. Monitors area performance and meets with managers to provide feedback. Requires an associate’s degree; 3 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Ability to develop and modify SQL queries preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills required
