The Manager for Business Solutions will lead Pre and Post Sales integration for the Strategy and Solutioning for both existing and prospective opportunities. In the process, this resource will be working closely with the various groups across various geographies including Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, IT, Training & Quality, Delivery Excellence and Workforce Management teams.
This role is very hands on and will be required to personally lead the detailed design of the proposed solutions. He/she will be assigned responsibility to specific areas of the overall solution and will work closely with the Operations Excellence team.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:Responsible for designing the solution of the assigned component, estimation (cost & benefits), ensure alignment with customers ask and evaluate alternatives, work with delivery leadership to identify exiting offerings, capability overview as well as case studies fit for purpose, responsible for creation of collaterals for the opportunity, work with Finance team on deal commercials and the business case. He/she shall participate in Due Diligence, client stakeholder meetings and calls, work closely with Operations, Enablement and Support Teams and will be the Single Point of Contact leading the transition and implementation initiatives for the Philippines, provide insights and thought leadership in the continuing refinement of existing capabilities and market offerings, work hand in hand with leadership team to drive market research, develop strategic proposals and business cases for new/expanded market offerings, help define the Go-to-Market approach for such offerings, and help drive market adoption.
Must be able to work and team effectively with Operations, Enablement and Support groups as well as key stakeholders across multiple geographies, has excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, has exxpert knowledge of service transition methodology, tools and templates, can track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises and demonstrates commitment to healthcare methodologies, processes and standards for transition planning and support
Requires healthcare background with experience across the healthcare life cycle with experience in different project phases, with proven track record and Able to seamlessly execute various activities to deliver projects, such as pre and post program integrations including risk logs as well as management and communication plans with clear cut resolutions, deep knowledge and know how in establishing governance structure, communication plans, along with roles and responsibilities and subsequent service delivery through RACI, experience in account and client management in the healthcare space as we enter the commercialization phase for Carelon Global Solutions, with 3 years or more years of transition and/or client management experience
