Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducts training needs analysis and designs, develops, implements, and evaluates effectiveness of learning solutions
  • Facilitates knowledge transfer activities for new employees as well as refresher training for employees in ramp/ BAU via a variety of delivery methods
  • Exercises classroom management including learner performance and escalates issues to Learning Manager and client leadership when necessary
  • Coordinates training delivery with co-facilitators/ SME who will support training needs
  • Measures, tracks and evaluates batch-on-batch learner performance and apply revisions on training plans as necessary
  • Implements clinical training initiatives involving multiple associates to support program health
  • Creates content for status reports and participates in daily/weekly calls and reports updates on training activities/initiatives
  • Integrates changes to workflow in training materials and other job aids
  • Participates in calibration exercises or learning events set up by the team and onshore partners
  • Conducts coaching sessions and assesses trainee competencies to support individual learning pathways during knowledge transfer activities


  • At least 3 to 5 years training experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 3 years of training experience in Utilization Management is an advantage.
  • Graduate of a BA/BS College Degree in a related field
  • Excellent facilitation and content development skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must have an active USRN License
