Description
• at least 5 years of QA and Auditing experience
• at least 3-5 years of BPO leadership experience
• at least 2 years Voice experience
• Also open to applicants with a combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
• BPO Healthcare experience preferred but not required
Preferably with BA/BS degree; but open to undergraduates with relevant experience.
