JOB POSITION
Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a Scrum Master having hands on experience on Agile, JIRA, Safe, Scrum.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
This position is expected to analyze, coach, and coordinate with Business & Software development teams. Adhering to all aspects of Application Development Life Cycle.
- Experience in a scrum master role, with 6 + years related experience
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Assesses current project status and supports quick decision making to achieve successes
- Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements
QUALIFICATION
- B.Tech /B.E /MCA
EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of experience with Scrum Master role
- Demonstrated success in full Agile & SAFe implementations
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Experience in a scrum master role, with 6 + years related experience, US Healthcare industry required. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks Certifications preferred – CSM, Safe Agile Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery team
