Primary Duties:
- SLA Management (Accuracy, TAT and Inventory Management) through timely feedback, follow ups and innovative ideas
- Review and rebut appropriate audit errors
- Handle all queries of the team members
- Expert in process knowledge
Secondary Duties: Should be second in line to the SME
Skills and Competencies:
- Good hands-on experience in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Positive attitude
- High energy levels
- Target oriented
- Ability to handle stressful situations and deadlines
- Time management
Education: Graduation
Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- US healthcare domain
