JOB POSITION
Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly skilled and senior Okta Engineer/Admin to join our dynamic Web Access Management Team. Who can work independently and will play a crucial role in ensuring the security, efficiency, and seamless functioning of our identity and access management Systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Tech Lead IT Security I - will be responsible for the following:
- Proficient in configuring and managing Okta and SiteMinder solutions.
- Integrate Okta with various applications and systems.
- Configure and optimize Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and other authentication mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration problems and authentication failures.
- Monitor and analyze Okta/SiteMinder performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in identity and access management to recommend and implement best practices.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
EXPERIENCE
- 5-7 years of experience in Okta Engineering or Administrator.
- 2-3 years of experience in SiteMinder/CA Identity Manager
- 2+ years of experience in Windows/Linux and Active Directory
- Able to work independently
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, protocols, and technologies.
- Should have exposure on Jira, Service-Now, APIs
- Okta Certifications, such as Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Professional, are highly desired.
- Able to work independently with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
