JOB POSITION
Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Team Lead, who will be responsible for all design requirements for our leader communications. The incumbent will report to Manager – Communications and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, product specifications, and training materials.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable language.

Edit and proofread technical documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer support, to ensure that all documentation is up to date and reflects the latest product developments.

Participate in the development of new products and features by providing input on documentation needs.

Manage documentation projects from start to finish, including planning, writing, editing, and publishing.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
QUALIFICATION
-
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Science, engineering, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
-
3+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
-
Work experience in healthcare domain is a plus.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Science, engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field.

General understanding of grammatical conventions with clear and fluent writing.

Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and oral communication skills.

Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into easy-to-understand language.

Experience in technical and common office software and documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Madcap Flare.

Familiarity with feature management tools such as Azure Dev ops, Jira and Confluence.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with cloud-based applications, MS Azure or .Net software (preferred but not essential)

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
